1. Put a medium sized frying pan on stove. Add a bit of butter, so that your eggs don’t stick. Turn it on medium heat and let it preheat for a few minutes.
2. Measure out 3/4 c. of egg whites. (Shake bottle before pouring.) Once pan is hot, pour the egg whites on. Sprinkle on pepper and cover with a lid.
3. It will probably take five to seven minutes. You can scrape the sides with a spatula while it cooks if you’d like. Once the top is cooked, add toppings. I like cheese and guacamole. Turn heat off and put lid back on to melt cheese.
4. Scrape around edges and turn one side over onto the other side. Move to a plate, and enjoy!
