Christmas Bucket List

Greetings! So I thought it would be fun to post a Christmas bucket list. I've done some of the things on it already, and I'll try to do the rest before Christmas. If you do any of these things before Christmas, or if you've done them already (sometime in the last month or so), comment below! If any of you complete ALL of these things before Christmas, I'll mention you in a post!

Christmas Bucket List 2018

1. Bake Christmas cookies
These are fun to make, and you can keep them or give as a gift!

2. Decorate your room for Christmas
If you don't have a lot of decorations, you can find plenty of ideas to make on Pinterest! Or, make paper snowflakes and hang them on strings from your ceiling!

3. Learn a Christmas song
Memorize the lyrics or learn to play one on an instrument!

4. Make Christmas cards
Fill your table with paper, scissors, markers, water paint, glitter, and whatever else you have, and create!

5. Watch a Christmas movie
Cuddle up with a bowl of popcorn and your family for a Christmas movie!

6. Read a Christmas story
Whether a novel or a children's picture book, reading a Christmas story will put you in a Christmas-y mood!

7. Read the Christmas Story
It's always nice to reread the story of Jesus' birth around Christmas and to remember the greatest gift of all! (Find it in Luke 1 and 2.)

8. Write a letter to yourself
Now this one is not exactly Christmas themed, but I would like to do it. December is a good time to do this because the year's about to come to an end. Write a letter to yourself, mentioning how you are doing, what you've been thinking about, what you've been up to, your goals, and anything else you'd like to say. Pack it away with your Christmas decorations when you take them down, so that next year, when you decorate, you'll find it. You'll have fun reading it and seeing how you've grown. If you write down goals you can see what ones you've accomplished!

9. Make at least one homemade gift
Homemade gifts are special because people know you put time and effort into them. If you have a Pinterest, you probably have a bunch of crafts and DIY projects pinned. Go make one!

10. Color a Christmas picture
Just something little to put you in a Christmas mood! If you don't have a Christmas coloring book, try searching for a free picture to print out! In fact, here are 92 free Christmas coloring pages! Tis the Season for Coloring.

11. Drink hot cocoa
Even if you're not crazy about hot cocoa, Christmas time is the one time to drink it!

12. Bless someone this Christmas
You can do this by donating blankets to the poor, helping someone with their work if they're stressed, or planning something fun to do with your siblings. The possibilities are endless!

Have you done any of the things above this Christmas season? Are you planning on doing any? What's your favorite Christmas activity?

PS. Sadly, you may now only comment with a Google account. I have been getting a lot of weird comments and am trying to prevent them.
