Chocolate Eclair

Chocolate éclair is a soft, puddingy dessert that is easy to make, and delicious!

I recommend making it well before you plan to serve it: it tastes better if you let it sit in the fridge.

Here are the supplies! (Oh, and by the way, the credit for this recipe goes to Kroger; this recipe actually is from a cardboard thing on a "Whipped Topping" Kroger lid I think.)
Ingredients:

♥1 box(3.5 oz)  Vanilla Instant Pudding
♥1 box (3.5 oz) chocolate instant pudding
♥3 cups of milk
♥16 oz whipped topping, thawed
♥1 box(16 oz graham crackers
♥1 can 16 oz chocolate frosting

Note: It says to layer the graham crackers. We crumbled ours, it looks like, when we made the Éclair pictured(that was awhile back) And sometimes, we just broke them into pieces. Do whatever you'd like!

Directions:  Mix each pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk. Fold 8oz of whipped topping into each pudding. In a 9" x 13" glass pan, layer graham crackers, 1/2 the vanilla pudding mixture, more crackers, 1/2 of the chocolate pudding mixture, crackers, remaining vanilla, crackers, remaining chocolate. Top with a layer of crackers and then with chocolate frosting. ( We microwaved our frosting; it was easier that way- and it looks like we added more crackers above the frosting) Refrigerate. Best if made 8 hours before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Enjoy!!
It is very good, despite it's resemblance to chicken poo...
