Thin Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

This cream cheese frosting recipe was originally made for banana bread, but you might enjoy it on red velvet cake, zucchini bread, and more!

NOTE-This is a thin frosting.

Here are the supplies for making this frosting yourself!
♦A package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
♦1/2 stick of butter
♦A dash of salt
♦About 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla
♦1/4 a cup of milk
♦3+ cups of confectioners sugar

To begin, add 1 package of Philadelphia cream cheese, along with 1/2 a stick of butter into a microwaveable bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds.

Pour the mixture into the bowl of an electric mixer, and add a dash of salt. Then add about 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla. Mix for about 15 seconds, starting at low and increasing speed until you have reached medium.
Good.
Now for the complicated part: add 1/2 a cup of confectioners sugar. Mix, and add another 1/2 cup. Mix some more. Add a whole cup, mix, another whole cup, mix. Pour in 1/4 cup of milk. Mix. This makes a thin frosting, and you may add more sugar to get it to the right consistency, but don't add too much sugar or it may take away from the cream cheese flavor.

Enjoy!
